We are FLAE
Friends of Los Alamitos Elementary is a partner entity here to support our school PTA and our Tigers. We are the primary fundraising organization for our school.
PTA vs. FLAE
PTA has specific rules on how money can be spent within the school community. FLAE has more flexibility on how money is spent to support our Tigers and staff, under our by-laws.
Our events
We host a variety of school fundraising events throughout the school year, both big and small, that run alongside the PTA events.

Fit-A-Thon
Our biggest fundraiser of the year while promoting our kids
to be active.
Read-A-Thon
Read-A-Thon is held every year to help instill a love of literacy in our Tigers.
Spring Fling
Our spring fundraiser is an adult only dinner and auction.
Where does the money go?
All funds raised by FLAE events go to support LAE in a variety of ways. We strive to equally support our student body across all classes as well as our staff.
