We are FLAE

Friends of Los Alamitos Elementary is a partner entity here to support our school PTA and our Tigers. We are the primary fundraising organization for our school.

PTA vs. FLAE

PTA has specific rules on how money can be spent within the school community. FLAE has more flexibility on how money is spent to support our Tigers and staff, under our by-laws.

Our events

We host a variety of school fundraising events throughout the school year, both big and small, that run alongside the PTA events.

Where does the money go?

All funds raised by FLAE events go to support LAE in a variety of ways. We strive to equally support our student body across all classes as well as our staff.

The PTA/FLAE meetings are held monthly. Come check out a meeting and see what were currently working on.

Friends of LAE does so many awesome things around campus!

If you're interested in working closer with FLAE and getting to know us we would love to have you! We always have committee positions open and will be looking for additional Board and Chair members for next school year—this year would be the perfect time to get to know us and see if it's a good fit for you!
